Q → Hours of Operation?

MON – FRI: 8am-4pm Central Time (C.T.)

Closed on weekends and major holidays. Hours of contact are weekdays 8am-4pm.

Q → How long does shipping take?

Answer:  Expect a USPS delivery time of 2-5 days for all orders (barring unforeseen circumstances). All packages are shipped USPS unless the order is larger, which will result in shipping via FedEx. 

Q → My package has been shipped but the tracking is slow, what should I do?

Answer: Patience... The fine workers of USPS may take a day or two longer to activate your tracking or deliver your package, but most tracking concerns resolve themselves in a day or two. If two days goes by with no luck, be sure to get in contact with us.

Q → Do you ship internationally/outside of the US?

Answer:  Yes, we ship outside of the US. Please: PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Strictly Liquids is not responsible after the package leaves the United States. If the package gets lost, does not arrive or is stopped at the border, you will not be refunded for your order. It is best to place a small order first to test it out and see if it will arrive alright. International orders are required to pay shipping and handling charges during the ordering process, free shipping is not available for international orders.

Q → How do I get free shipping?

Answer: All orders placed within the United States and shipped within the United States will receive free shipping if the order total is above $19.95. International orders must pay shipping.

Q → How long until my order ships out?

Answer: Orders placed before 2pm Central time will ship the same day no matter what. Strictly does not operate on Saturday and Sunday. 

If you place an order on Friday after 2pm Central time, it will be scheduled to ship out on Monday morning. 

Q → Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

Answer:  We only allow orders to be cancelled if they have not been shipped out yet. If the order has been sent out, we ask that you notify us and return the order back to us unopened to receive 75% of your order's value refunded. There will be a -25% shipping and restocking fee from the order's total.

Q → Where are you located?

Answer:  In Gulfport, Mississippi USA.

Q → Do any of our flavors contain Diketones such Aceytl Propionyl or Diaceytl ?

Answer:  Everything has been sent out for testing and will post results on each flavor as soon as they return.

Q → Why are the flavors so cheap?

Answer:  Producing quality eliquid on a large scale allows us to pass all of the savings on to you.
